Dr. Hanft came highly recommended by multiple friends when I was having trouble with hip and back pain after pregnancy. Having never been to a chiropractor, I was nervous about what was involved in an adjustment. He put my mind at ease and explained what was out of alignment and why he performed different procedures. I especially appreciate that he was realistic about what I needed to do as an educator (be on my feet a lot) and as a mother of an infant (take the kid out of the carseat and carry him...NOT the blessed heavy carseat!). I started going to Dr Hanft over a year ago. I was having a lot of neck pain with stiffness and headaches. He was able to gradually get me out of constant pain while explaining what created my problem. I still continue to see him on an "as needed" schedule. It is apparent that no one can take away my degenerative disease, however he is a master at making adjustments to keep me from having to live in pain. My 15 year old son plays both baseball and football. He has been plagued by lower back pain for awhile despite the things we would try.
